Junior Lead Generation Specialist
We’re looking for a Junior Lead Generation Specialist to join our Sales team. No prior experience? No problem. We’ll train you, support you, and make sure you don’t get lost in the CRM jungle. What matters most is motivation, attention to detail, and solid English skills. Preferably, you’re in Lviv, since our team often gathers here in the office. At first, we’d like you to swing by a few times a week. Later, you can go fully remote if you wish.
Think of this role as your launchpad into IT sales. You’ll research, reach out, and charm prospects, all while learning the ropes from an experienced team that actually knows what they’re doing.

Requirements
- English and Ukrainian: C1 (spoken and written)
- Understanding of IT terminology and basic knowledge of the software development process
- High attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Experience in any type of internet research
- Previous experience in lead generation or sales will be a plus
Responsibilities
- Research potential prospects via LinkedIn, CrunchBase, etc
- Work with CRM systems (HubSpot)
- Pursuing new business opportunities through emails and LinkedIn
- Take part in brainstorming and developing new sales strategies
- Identify and open new business opportunities
