Lead Generation Manager

Brainence is currently looking for a lead generation manager to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients in the Netherlands, England, Canada, and Germany. This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, either remotely or onsite in our Lviv office.

Responsibilities

  • Research prospects using tools such as LinkedIn, ChatGPT, etc.
  • Utilize CRM software (HubSpot)
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities through email outreach and LinkedIn
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new sales tactics and techniques
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Previous work experience as a lead generation manager will be a plus
  • General understanding of the IT field and the software development process
  • Advanced proficiency in PC usage and MS Office
  • Experience with CRM systems is preferred
  • Experience in conducting Internet research
  • Strong attention to detail
