Junior Graphic Designer

Join a cross-functional marketing team that works closely with Sales and HR to drive visibility, trust, and growth for Brainence. Together, we’ll work on managing creative assets: from employer branding to lead generation campaigns.

Responsibilities

As a Junior Marketing Designer, you’ll contribute to a wide range of creative tasks — from designing visuals for LinkedIn and newsletters to building assets for presentations, case studies, and landing pages. We value initiative, clarity, and experimentation. You’ll have the chance to grow your career fast, experiment a lot, and help shape the visual language of a growing B2B company.

Daily, you will:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for campaigns and content
  • Design static visuals and simple animations (preferably) for digital platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), website, and other marketing assets
  • Translate briefs into compelling visual assets that support Brainence’s brand and business goals
  • Explore new formats, tools, and visual styles to expand our creative toolkit
  • Stay on top of industry trends, design best practices to help keep our materials fresh and up-to-date

Requirements

  • 1+ years of job experience as a designer (freelance or internships also count)
  • Solid knowledge of Adobe Suite, Figma, Google Presentations/Figma Slides, Google Docs
  • You know best practices of composition, color, typography, and hierarchy
  • You know how to tailor ideas to business needs, ask questions, and apply your creative thinking to generate new ideas
  • You’re a team player and enjoy working with marketers, HR, and Sales
  • You can plan your time and meet deadlines
  • English at Intermediate level or above, Ukrainian at Upper Intermediate and up

Would be a plus: Basic knowledge of video editing software.
